Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers fantastic rooms with the most comfortable bed ever, great space, and excellent lighting. However, the connecting door to the next room can be a bit annoying. The rooms are clean, quiet even on the 1st floor, and feel like a suite.
The hotel rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds, but the bathrooms have an 'old daddy' feeling. They are clean but need some serious attention. The service is helpful overall, especially in guiding guests to nearby dining options, but could be more attentive during breakfast and by the doorman crew. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Croisette, offering breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. The dining experience, particularly at JW Grill, is excellent with beautiful views, even though the service might be slightly slow. Facilities are decent, providing basic amenities for a pleasant stay.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The room overlooking the transformed garden was bright and lovely, with a nice outdoor patio for breaks. The dark brown leather walls and film star photos added a unique touch, but the dining experience fell short with extra charges for special requests.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and had everything I needed, with a lovely view of the garden and partial water view. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff to assist with everything. The location was perfect for both business and leisure travelers, offering easy access to key attractions. The dining experience was a highlight, with the staff accommodating special requests. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and quiet, providing a good night's sleep. I did find it intrusive that staff entered without permission. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, but some aspects fell short of expectations. The location was excellent, offering easy access to various attractions, but there were indications of the property's age. The dining options were varied, but the pricing seemed to differ significantly. Overall, a mixed bag of positives and negatives.
